KYLE BLOMQUIST
PRINCIPAL / ARCHITECT
After studying engineering and art history at Grand Valley State University, Kyle completed both his Bachelor of Science & Masters of Architecture degrees at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. He strives to create simple but elegant solutions, with a dash of color, texture, and whimsical innovation. Kyle believes deeply in the accessibility of design, and our firm’s ability to make the most of even the smallest budgets, tightest constraints, or most utilitarian building types.
MEGAN BLOMQUIST
PRINCIPAL / ARCHITECT
Megan holds a Masters of Architecture degree and an Urban Planning certificate from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Upon completion of her Master’s degree, Megan was awarded the AIA Henry Adams Certificate of Merit. Megan’s strengths lie in her research-based approach to all design problems, an appreciation for human behavior and experience within the built environment, and her passion for creating buildings and spaces that respond to their users, environment, and context.
ERIC NIENHOUSE
ARCHITECTURAL ASSOCIATE
Eric holds a Master of Architecture degree and an Integrated Construction Management Certificate from the University of Colorado - Denver. Inspired by the history and natural beauty of Michigan's Upper Peninsula, Eric moved to Iron Mountain in 2021. Through his practice, he strives to share his knowledge of resilient and integrated design and contribute to the revitalization and growth of the surrounding area.
